The same happened for Venom and Venom 2, there is no proper development of the characters, the story is bland and boring, and way too much CGI and poorly used (I guess for budget reasons). Someone has to convince Sony to work together with Feige in order to develop a world where all Marvel heroes and villains can be seen at their full potential and with a minimum of continuity beetween them.
A mess. Leto is a good actor no news in that.
