Review of Moonwalker (1988) by Thorne W — 24 Jun 2009
His death changes nothing. The movie is still tripe. Great music though.
This film is inexplicable. There was no plot, no reason, nothing... just an empty void with catchy music and thousands of questions... like: Why was it so surprising to hear about his child molestation case when the entire movie features him frolicking and cavorting with kids? Who thought it was a good idea to have people with clay heads chasing him? Why did the policeman not arrest him when he claimed that he was friends with a clay rabbit who danced with him in the middle of Moab, Utah. Why was he dancing with the Elephant Man's bones? Please for the love of God, why was he dancing with the ELEPHANT MAN's bones? Most importantly, what did I just see? I have no idea. The music was good though.
