Review of Moonwalker (1988) by James W — 22 Jun 2013
It was inevitable that the biggest star on the planet at the time, Michael Jackson, would delve into cinema with his own movie. However, this is unwatcheable as a feature film; it has no structure and really no genre either.
As separate music videos they could have had their say, but as a movie, this looks like a fearlessly exploitative project that sadly shows how a superstar can be manipulated.
