Review of Moonwalker (1988) by Andrew G — 15 Jun 2010
Directed By Jerry Kramer and writeen by the man himself Michael jackson, this part stop motion and musical hybrid Is very strange but awkwardly compelling. Any fan like myself of michael jackson is going to love it, not only for its very jackson feel but for the charming sub plot too.
The film was made to promote his bad album with a combination of classics, the plot is based somewhat around the song smooth criminal. the into is very informative and takes a while to get into things.
If you watch this movie with a skeptical state of mind theres a good chance you wont enjoy it. Its very surreal but never fails to entertain. Rest in peace Michael joseph Jackson.
