Beautiful romantic comedy that makes New York City shine and took Cher to Oscar glory. The movie is charming and the character development felt real, the screenplay is very original and the songs fit perfectly in the mix.
Nicolas Cage chose good roles then. The best scene of the movie is definitely the opera, when Loretta (Cher) dyed her grays black, changed her hairstyle and put on that red dress. She was gorgeous!
