Let me start off by saying that I absolutely WANTED to love this movie (as I've tried to love each of Wes Anderson's quirky movies). The set pieces and scenes are BEAUTIFUL, but the way that Anderson portrays his stories isn't for my taste.
The main focus of the evolution of love over time is beautifully told. However, I'm just not a fan of the quirky style which he uses. A solid effort, but I'm not with the masses on this one.
