Review of Moonrise Kingdom (2012) by Cade H — 17 Apr 2014
Like all the other Wes Anderson directed movies, Moonrise tells a great story but the overall entertainment factor is low. The characters are all very quirky and not relatable and weird things happen that just don't seem to fit in with the tone of everything else.
If you have liked Anderson's other films you will surely enjoy this one, but for me it was just ok and nothing overly spectacular.
