What a peculiar enjoyable little film. Moonrise Kingdom sports an all-star cast that predominantly plays second fiddle to the young actors that make up our star crossed lovers and scout troop. Moonrise Kingdom is nothing spectacular but the use of color on the set and costumes was fantastic sand the story was just odd enough to be interesting while not being too artsy.
