Review of Moonlight Mile (2002) by Eric B — 29 Feb 2008
I saw this movie shortly after losing a family member, and I thought it was one of the most perceptive, touching and honest movies about dealing with grief that I've ever seen. Roger Ebert said in his review of this movie that "death is the ultimate rebuke to good manners.
" So well put! This movie captures what it is like when you lose someone and just can't say anything. What words could express what you're feeling? Brad Silberling, like the rest of us, may not have been able to find the right words, but he made the right movie.
