Review of Moon (2009) by Shojo B — 26 Jul 2013
A little dull at times, but overall a very good film. As others have stated, it's a tad unrealistic but not in ways that make it distracting. I can see how an automated cloning facility could be cost effective in the long run.
..What I don't understand is how Sam didn't understand that the Sam's had a 3 year lifespan or expect to be taken seriously once back on earth... I can go before the media and say I'm a clone, but if I have nothing to back it up.
.. I'll just be called a loon and if a company is that powerful, I'd be dead before I could testify before congress. A REAL cop out of an ending, with the simplicity of ereasing Girty's memory, but still, worth a watch for what it brings to the table before it becomes just another American film that cops out in the last 10 min's.
