Review of Moon (2009) by Brendan N — 20 Mar 2018
Slow burning and very smart sci fi film. Rockwell is an underrated actor who earns the respect for this role. Jones debuts with a strong character driven story that is deeper than expected, you can't help but feel for the character Rockwell is playing.
The film has layers that unfold with each beat, you are continuously discovering the true complexity of the situation. Jones hasn't had a lot of luck with the following projects, but this is one hell of a film and a must see for any up and coming filmmakers.
