Should score big with the tween girl demographic thanks to the sweet smiling charms of Selena Gomez and the magical backdrops of Paris and Monte Carlo, but if pretty necklaces and even prettier boys aren't your thing then you'll likely struggle to see past the stupidity of the story and the fact that Monte Carlo is a rip-off of dozens of similar movies, without being any better.
