Review of Monte Carlo (2011) by Nicky N — 25 Jul 2014
A shallow, predictable, boring mess with enough plot holes to fill the Royal Albert Hall.
The story: Girls go on holiday, get upgraded immorally, get boyfriends but realise that they were happier before hands.
Gomez's English accent is insulting at best and the story uses old clichés about the English nobility.
The redeeming feature? Michael Giacchino's soundtrack that is used too rarely to have much effect.
