The chemistry between John Gooman and Billy Crystal is fantastic, Steve Buscemi is super as Randall (he makes for a great and scary villain), James Coburn makes for a great Waternoose. The story is pretty great and the concept of the film is strong enough to keep most invested for it's run time.
This is one of Pixar's best, it's got a great story, a fun and interesting concept, and fantastic characters and chemistry among it's cast. Highly recommended.
