Review of Monster's Ball (2001) by Eric R — 21 Feb 2010

Monster's Ball the very first movie that earned Actress Halle Berry an Oscar and frankly she earned it! She just gives the most down to earn and honest performance I ever seen in her career. I saw this movie a while back but never did a review on it.

So I think it's about time, The movie is directed by Marc Forster who would later direct finding neverland. He has some sharp direction and I like his tone and how he works with Actors. Billy Bob Thornton has a good performance as well and he plays Hank and his son is played by the late Heath Ledger they were both good.
