Review of Monster's Ball (2001) by Philip N — 18 Aug 2009
Wasn't bad but expected so much more from this. I was little disappointed with overall pace and rather abrupt ending, which is a shame considering Marc Forster is a very good director in my opinion.
Billy Bob Thornton was pretty good as was Heath Ledger and while Halle Berry gave a good performance, was it really Oscar worthy? Hmmm.
