Not at all what I expected, which is a very good thing. Don't let the title or the description on the back of the box fool you. This is intelligent, minimalist sci-fi, shot on a low budget with a crew of 5, including the actors.
Nice cinematography, great locations and just enough character development to keep your interest without going overboard. It's beautiful in so many ways. This is a solid directorial debut for Gareth Edwards and I'm looking forward to seeing more.
