This abomination really comes close to scraping the bottom of the horror barrel I mean there is nothing explained throughout the film it's ridiculous here is the list of questions that is not answered in this film:

1)why is he a monster?

2)how did he turn out like that?

3)how did his sister find them and get in the car?

4)how did the main characters friend survive?

5)why does this film have no action until the last scene?

6)when ran over for serveral hours (it supposingly happened all night) why was his lips the only thing to survive?????

7)how did he slip body parts in this cafe food?

8)how does vehicle never get spotted by the police it is a god awful monster truck on the road?

Overal this film is atrocious little story, little action, no sense equals a nonsense film which begs the question why was this made????
