More like monster avoider. Haven't played the game so no expectations on that count. Production-wise very good. Monsters, especially the insectoid ones, are horrifyingly excellent. The actual big bad is the weakest really.
Not great acting as such, and the support is underused. They looked interesting bar Ron Perlman, who should be retired by now from these sorts of roles. Not bad. Looks Like there will be sequels.
