Review of MoniKa (2012) by Colin M — 29 May 2014
Released As, A Wrong Way To Die, In The UK, Director Steven R. Monroe's Revenge Thriller, Is A Well Thought Out Movie And One That Works. Made With Almost A Cast Of Unknown's Giving Great Performances With The Somewhat Decent Script Provided, This Is Filmed In An Art House Style With A Great Plot.
This Film Is A Gritty And Intense Film Which Follows Reagan Tyler (Jason Wiles), A Man Who Is Troubled By Visions & Premonitions That Ultimately Lead Him To Las Vegas. It's Here Reagan Meets The Mysterious Monika, A Young Woman Who He Has Met After She Has Been Murdered.
It's Up To Reagan To Put The Puzzle Together By Finding Out What Happened, Solving Why She Is Still Present & Ultimately Help Her With Her Quest Of Revenge. This B-Movie, Is A Great Piece Of Modern Cinema, With A Great Cast Of Unknown Actors, Which Give Great Performances, A Nice Thriller Done The Correct Way, But As Always There Is Plenty Of Room Left For Improvement.
