Review of Mongol: The Rise of Genghis Khan (2007) by Keira R — 20 Sep 2013
Good movie loosely based on the early life of Genghis Khan. In fact when I say loosely I mean they didn't go over board in dramatizing his life. The action sequences seem very real what stands out are the Cinematography and Music.
They movie has very authentic feel to it and you get to know about the 12th century mongol's and there customs. With light humor and great acting the movie misses being perfect by too much stress on his wife/love angle.
Also no big action sequences.
