Expansive cinematography and beautiful lighting. Smart script, terrific cast, engaging story, and excellent performances all around. Even the editing is worth noting for its hypnotic reverence to baseball and for pure intrinsic value.
A treat for the eyes and a fond movie that even baseball revilers can enjoy.
