Review of Moneyball (2011) by Ernest C — 04 Sep 2013
Pitt and Hill do a good job in this film that is more than just about baseball, but underneath the surface, it feels like there was a final spark missing that would turn this film from good to great. That missing spark is present in the significantly better book (which contains explains more, giving greater depth and understanding) on which this film was based.
