Maybe it doesn't hold up well. The best part of the film is the footage of real fans and players from the streak. Brad Pitt and Tammy Blanchard are very good together but everything else is adequate.
Billy Beane and Peter Brand are just not that interesting. Stephen Bishop as David Justice was a standout performance. Brad Pitt reminds me of Robert Redford more and more. That's a good thing.
