Review of Moneyball (2011) by Cole K — 20 Jan 2013
One of the best sports movies I have ever seen. The drama in it is interesting and I love the story of Moneyball. The idea that a team with only $39 million can come out and get more wins than a team with $128 million is phenomenal, and showing it in this movie makes it even better.
I am also going to have to praise Jonah Hill's and Brad Pitt's performances. It was nice to see Jonah Hill in a serious role such as this one and thrive. Brad Pitt did an amazing job capturing the feel of an MLB GM.
