Review of Money Monster (2016) by John C — 25 May 2016
When I first saw the preview for this movie it appeared to have a lot of potential (especially with George and Julia as the stars). However, as shown by the critic's and user scores, I found it to be somewhat disappointing.
The most interesting parts were the reactions and confusion demonstrated by the executives from the "offending" company when their CEO was "unavailable." Also, the movie illustrates how vulnerable ordinary workplaces are to terrorism and nut-cases, so I'll bet the TV station beefs up their security as a result of this little episode .
