Review of Money Monster (2016) by Jonathan C — 08 Oct 2016
Basically a slightly-overblown TV movie about the far-reaching social impacts of Wall Street crooked dealing. It's fairly chaotic, and even if the main plot about the hijacking of a finance TV show is actually a distraction, it's worth a watch for background conversations and asides on how regularly all this stuff happens in real life, and how desensitized we all are to these crimes. Better than the 54% it gets on Flixster, but could have been so much better.
I'm not sure Clooney & Roberts need to make any more movies together, either.
