Review of Mon Oncle (1958) by Shawn C — 25 Mar 2007
It's difficult to say why this is my favourite movie... it partly has to do with my admiration for Jacques Tati's style and take on life, and partly to do with my similarities to Tati's alter ego, Mr.
Hulot. It's also very funny, in a laid back way that assumes the viewer is actively watching, and has some curiosity.
