Not as great as I expected it to be. After reading a bunch of V. C. Anderws' books, the abuse presentedd seemed minimal.
I also found this movie on the dull side---one of the more dullest biographies I've seen in awhile, even though Faye Dunaway did an amazing job portraying Joan Crawford.
