My sister and I watched this movie all the time when we were kids. We still think it's hilarious today. Yes it's stupid now, but I don't know what else to say other than.. just know that it's stupid and you'll enjoy it.
The jokes are still great. My friends and I would quote it often. I think your family would have a great time laughing at it. That's what this movie is for. Enjoy the silliness.
