Review of Modern Times (1936) by Hal M — 13 Feb 2013
One of the great achievements in film history. Hilarious, romantic, and yet a social critique at the same time. Charlie Chaplin could truly do it all. Look at that roller skating for example! And even the musical theme, "Smile", since become a standard recorded by Nat King Cole and others, was composed by Chaplin.
