I think I'll hardly ever be able to hate a Disney movie, I try harder, but I can not (except Chicken Little, it's bad it hurts, even in the soul). Moana pretty much shows the same essence of previous works (wow, that's pretty obvious), visually gorgeous, charismatic characters, a cool story and full of adventures.
As cool as Moana is, it's far from being a masterpiece or even above average, but I must agree to one thing, the songs from the Disney movies remain sensational.
