The movie wouldn't be so bad except for one thing...the main character is so unlikeable that you really don't care whether he succeeds in arresting folks or not. however, that theme song made for the movie is pretty awesome.
..but still, my, my, my, my, my, mitchell is pretty much a dy, dy, dy, dy, dy, dy, dump. avoid it.
