Review of Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation (2015) by Joe C — 17 Oct 2015

Was really excited for this movie. The Mission Impossible franchise is one of the first major action movie series that I saw when I was young. Since then, I have made a point to see each sequel. This was impressive in its own way.

The stunts get bigger and bigger every time, and its fun to watch that scale go up as Tom Cruise gets older and older, knowing he does all of these stunts himself. The cast continues to shift somewhat and still be just as good as always.

The plot is a little textbook and hanky, but overall, it was a decent sequel and entertaining as ever. If you enjoy Tom Cruise and The M:I. series, you should see this film. Solid 4/5.
