There's only about 45 minutes of plot in the whole damn thing; the other 75 minutes are just over-choreographed fight sequences stretched so far that they become wearying as hell after a very short while.
Add a storyline drastically mismatched to the treatment, a villain who fails to intimidate, and a very confusing sequence involving those face masks, and you get a subpar exercise in overkill.
