Nothing can shake my confidence in Toni Collette, built so firmly on her performance in The United States of Tara. Unfortunately, the script and direction of this movie don't do her any justice. The plots is predictable and the portrayal is way too glossy (i.
E., perfect house, perfect kids, perfect husband) to take the story and characters seriously. And for such a serious subject as cancer and death, it's really a shame.
