Cute, fun movie. I don't know what I was expecting, but I suppose this was it. I didn't realize till about half-way through, that this really does all take place in a day (I don't why I didn't put two and two together).
When I saw it was 1.5 hours, that made me happy, but the movie felt like it was only an hour...it was nice! It also felt like a play to me. The scene where Miss Pettigrew meets Delysia felt like it lasted 20 minutes.
..not necessarily a bad thing, just felt like a play in that way. Everyone was good and Lee Pace was yummy as expected. They should make more cute, innocent movies like this!! Not the best movie ever made, but it delivers I think what it was trying to be.
.a cute simple old-fashioned type of movie..plus it was unique with the whole thing taking place in 1 day.
