Review of Miss Pettigrew Lives for a Day (2008) by Mloy X — 22 May 2013
I absolutely adore this movie. Frances McDormand is so awesome all the freaking time, and Amy Adams is incredibly cute. They make a great on-screen team. Lee Pace is hot as hell with his big puppy dog eyes, and he and Amy Adams work wonderfully together and make a beautiful couple.
But the real highlight of this movie is Ciran Hinds and his connection with McDormand's Miss Pettigrew. It is one of the sweetest on screen relationships that I have ever seen. He played a wonderful man that you fall in love with as soon as he enters the picture.
