Review of Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children (2016) by Robert G — 18 Oct 2016
While the narrative in the third act is incredibly jumbled and unkempt, Eva Green and Asa Butterfield are fantastic in their roles. Samuel L. Jackson makes for a worthy villain, even with a script that seems to include him only as an afterthought.
The visuals and special effects are noteworthy as well.
