Review of Misery (1990) by Korben D — 11 Feb 2018
Even after years this movie is still outstanding in every way. With a phenomenal Kathy Bates in the role of Annie Wilkes turning this movie into a masterpiece of psychological torture and loneliness. With James Caan as the helpless writer Paul Sheldon this movie makes you hold your pillow a little tighter as the story continues.
The brilliance of Misery is the build up until the very end, with unexpected twists and original side kicks. A well deserved Oscar for Kathy Bates. You can see this movie over and over again. You will not get enough of it.
