Review of Miral (2010) by Fariel S — 13 Apr 2011
This is the first time I have been dissapointed with RT's rating. The cinematography is quintessential Schanabel at times surpassing The Diving Bell & Butterfly. The script simple and the narrative objective.
I believe the critics have more prejudiced than Schnabel in that he made a film true to his talent, and they critiqued it through a political lens.
