I definitely wanted more from it, considering the talent involved, Schnabel at the helm. The movie tried to do too much and in turn told us very little. Great performances - Pinto has big star potential - Schnabel gave the film a great complexion, but the thing just didn't hit.
Watchable, but a far cry from Basquiat or Diving Bell & Butterfly.
