I enjoyed the film and found some parallels to experiences in my extended family.. Yeah, some of it was stereotypical--but that's why we have them. It's a literary shorthand so you can concentrate on other issues rather than develop secondary characters.
The doctor, Queen, and Jennifer--and of course the patient are especially noteworthy.
