As much as I love the Minions along with Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2, this movie just fails to deliver. There are few funny portions, but it is just not that good. The Minions are funny, but 90 minutes of Minion jabber does begin to get a bit stale half way through the movie.
Not being a fan of Sandra Bullock doesn't help, but she really grates on my nerves in this one. Somewhat of a spoiler - the last 5 minutes are some of the funniest and best parts of the movie. Let's just say it returns to the core of what made the first two movies funny.
I hope that they stick to the original formula of what made the first two movies classics.
