This is a horrible movie that attempted to ride the wave of success of the Despicable Me franchise (and the very adorable Minions) and failed to maximise any advantages of the association. It was boring to say the least.
Using a voice-over to narrate the flow of the storyline should have been a warning to how boring the story is. I hope this is the last movie I will ever take interest in spin-off...the smurfs, the chipmunks and now the minions, the movies ike these give the little creatures a bad name.
