A genetically modified insect once created to wipe out cockroaches is now out to kill mankind.
To be frank, Guillermo del Toro delivers his best films in Spanish and not English with the exception of the Hellboy films. This film, straight out of the early days of his career, isn't what I'd call typically del Toro style nor very good.
