Certainly not the best Coen Brothers movie, but like most Coen Brothers films, this one has some great dialogue, charming charactes, even if we hate them, and Steve Buscemi... Gabriel Byrne and Marcia Gay Harden are excellent stars while Albert Finney's gangster will be impossible to forget.
