Review of Miller's Crossing (1990) by Ernst M — 24 Dec 2011
I saw this one when it first came out in the theater and loved it. I just watched it again and it still holds up today as a brilliant film. Along with DePalma's "The Untouchables", this probably remains the best gangster film since John Milius' "Dillinger" or Arthur Penn's "Bonnie & Clyde".
One of the Coen Brother's best films and that's saying something.
