Review of Miller's Crossing (1990) by Gawtham J — 05 Feb 2012
Exploding in its nature, stylish in its revelation and satirical in its approach, Miller's Crossing, outstandingly reverberates GOD Father's thematic observation, as perceived through the visions of Coen brothers.
The second half of the film, walks away with all the credits as it begins to fray down almost every expectation of the audience, and perhaps delivers a fantastic ambiguous shock that constantly dangles our imagination.
Committed performances are displayed by all the characters, making the audience vulnerable to believe or receive the happenings just as a film, albeit in few sequences the expressions are too hurried as well as unreal.
Despite any other rapidity "Miller's Crossing" substances the surrealistic world, existing in humans, as the fragments of Sin and redemption..
