"Nothing more foolish than a man chasin' his hat.", a period when hats were an extension of the man, I love this movie to bits, watched it half a dozen times and still enjoy it, my standout's are Gabriel Byne as Tom the ultimate puppet master, John Turturro as Burnie the hustler bookie and the menacing Eddie Dane played by J.
E. Freeman. The movie goes along at a steady pace, with great lines and action that is all in context to the story, the music is beautifully done, one of my favorites by Carter Burwell.
